2016 was a year of Growth here at GracePointe! This was the year that we saw that's God Grace touches every area of our lives. When we allow God to be God in our lives then we will begin to see and experience growth in our families, in our church, in our prayer life, our communities, and in the Kingdom of God. The best thing about God's Grace is that it is available to all men and women (Titus 2:11), and rather it's 2016 or 3016 God's Grace is available to you... if you will accept it!

It is our prayer that as you watch these sermons from 2016 that you will come to experience for yourself just what Grace Grows in your life!

soaring on eagles wings
In our first sermon of 2016, Pastor LaVonne interweaves the story of her life into the familiar and comforting passage of Isaiah 40:31 "But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint." No matter where you are in life - weary and fainting, or running and soaring - LaVonne reminds us that throughout it all God is right there with us.

God's fertilizer
In this sermon from our “Grace Grows… Individual Lives” series; Pastor Scot likens God’s Grace to good fertilizer. We see in Acts 20:32 that God’s Grace “builds us up,” much in the same way that fertilizer builds up and grows the grass. As you listen to this sermon, we trust that God will be sprinkling some good fertilizer on your heart and mind.

mystery

|
law and grace
In this sermon from our “Grace Grows Individual Lives” series, Pastor Scot contrasts The Law verses Grace. Although the Old Testament Law was good and served many purposes, it was imperfect in the fact that what the Law could not do; Jesus did! Are you trusting in the Law or Grace to Save you today?
|
growing in god's grace
In this sermon from our “Grace Grows Individual Lives” series, Pastor Scot shows us that growing in God’s Grace is not about being close to church activities or going through the motions; it’s about how close we are to God. we are the church

Many times when people hear the word church our minds go to some form of building where people meet on Sundays. This is what is called the visible church. fun at church
In this sermon Scot takes a break from our “Grace Grows the Family” series and jumps back into our "Grace Grows the Church Series". This sermon shows us that church is meant to fun. In fact, Jesus wants us to have fun together. All too often we tend to compartmentalize the things of this life and in doing so we have come to believe that Fun and Church do not go in the same box. Here at GracePointe we do not buy into this belief and after this sermon, we believe that you won’t either!
